Description
Native Spirit, you seem to know how I work inside. I wonder why that is...Your ancient flame in fingers burns across my heartland as the sacred wind. I feel you in my desert reaching through wounds beyond this passionate fever. How is it your touch becomes the torch of peace sun dancing like searching arrows inside the quiver of the wild horizon? Fearless pioneer always in the sacred climb; in pueblo chants I seek your way in flight; the farther sight; to see inside my secret of swollen tears. Use me in your kiva ceremony.
Find my pulse of courage artful, fearless and spilling over as a twisted river. Understand my brave wonder formed by holy steps, though I hold as a king in devotion to the bloody sword. I crave you woman of awe, crowned solitaire as a lone wolf, taken by my killing eyes through a mountain of tragedies. You know my mystery. I ask why that is. Speak like mystic waters soothing the ache of a broken vessel. Open your lips at least to show a sign of whisper. Fall upon me with flailing wings in the last stand of my many years. Wraith or not!! Speak!
It makes me a little shy. Knowing you are here watching in silence. I like you under the canopy of pine, undressed in wait for moonlight shadows. Set the young fire in open flame; smile tenderly even through the willow sage of my forgotten fears. I crave the burn of your endless heat; your breast a looking glass of coals turning red and yellow veils to embers of peace. Woman, is it my hair you are washing pure in a gentle forest stream? I bow in heavens archways to the miracle of birth at the padded sole of your bare feet. I ask in finality; unmasked painted in Native pride...will you speak or remain a dream in silent wonder?
