Sacred winds carry us while the pulse of our Earth shifts our eyes to wander the forest of desire. Our sacred protecting wings lift us above the tragic embraces somehow as we do more than survive. Life is like a rough river at times and we paddle forward to the ways of prayer by seeking a holy place for calming affects. We try to settle in with a nest and in our flight we dream with an oceans depth. The shore beckons with refuge and yet we stray back into the flow and twisting turns of another roaring wave. The open heartland beats about the surface and drives a deep soul to pioneer and vibrates the curious into adventure. We hear the call of the wild and the song bird fighting the leaves in a fig tree. The rumble of thunder attracts our sleepy eyes as does the rain. Let the snow fall upon our shoulders as the fingers of light touches our dancing heart beats. Play with me in the dangers of a jungle till the sweat fills our bones in laughter and smiles. Let us walk through smoke and visit the salt bear. We are the young clouds rising over tall mountains. We taste the sweet sticky sap of pine maple showers as it weeps upon our prayerful steps. Native, I look forward to catching up with you here on the pathways of great beauty. Certain we are of love, I look forward to visiting with you here in the peace filled sunlight where all things face us. Dreaming moonstruck by the firelight I seek your presence so we may share stories and fill our bellies with songs from the ancient ones.
